FARIDPUR: Awami League President also Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged voters to cast votes on ‘boat’ to let her party take the country’s development to the expected level.
“Each single vote of you is valuable. Sometimes, it becomes impossible to form a government in lack of mere a seat. So, your vote is very important,” she said.

Sheikh Hasina was addressing a road rally in Bhanga intersection of Faridpur, as part of her election campaign on Thursday (Dec 13).
“Construction of the Padma Bridge is ongoing. The bridge work will face closure if Awami League fails come to power,” she mentioned.
The Awami League president also urged the attendees to stay alert so that the terrorism and drug menace inclined evil quarters cannot snatch people’s voting rights.
Faridpur-4 party candidate Awami League presidium members Kazi Jafarullah, Joint General Secretary Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Abdur Rahman and Organizing Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim, among others, addressed the brief rally.
Sheikh Hasina kicked-off the electioneering on Wednesday (Dec 12) from Tungipara of Gopalganj.
