DHAKA: Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has bagged 2,29,539 votes to win over her nearest rival SM Jilani from Gopalganj-3 constituency in 11th parliamentary elections.

BNP candidate SM Jilani got 123 votes.

Gopalganj district Returning Officer (RO) Mohammad Mokhlesur Rahman Sarker announced the results.
