DHAKA: A Dhaka court fixed June 20 for submission of an investigation report of a case filed on charge of bomb blast against 14 persons including BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Devdas Chandra Adhikari on Tuesday (May 14) fixed this new date after investigation officer failed to meet the deadline.

According to case statement, folks assembled in front of BNP Chairperson’s Gulshan office, in order to stage a rally as a way of besieging it, under the banner of Muktijoddha Parishad on February 16 of 2015.

With in intention of murder, the accused threw bombs on the rally which was led by former Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan.

General Secretary of Dhaka Vehicle Union Ismail Hossain Bacchu filed the case over the incident against 14 persons including BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
