6 JSD men expelled in Bandarban

BANDARBAN: District Chhatra Dal suspended its six leaders of of Bandarban College Chhatra Dal following infighting on Sunday night.

Party sources said that centering committee forming, two groups of Chhatra Dal of the college locked into a clash, leaving four injured.

Later, police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.

Following the incident, district Chhatra Dal called an urgent meeting where Chhatra Dal president Sabikur Rahman Jewel and general secretary Dautul Kabir Khan Siddiki were present. And they decided to expel the persons involved in the clash.

The suspended activists are- College Chhatra Dal vice-president Abdul Kaium, vice-president Ridwanul Haque, joint secretary Shaheed, Municipal Chhatra Dal vice-president Nazmul Islam Bhuiyan, library secretary Shakil Mahmud Palash and joint law-affair secretary Abul Bashar.
