FROM JATIYA SANGSAD: The 19th session of the ninth Parliament resumed on Wednesday evening amid boycott of opposition BNP.

With Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair, the session started at 05:15pm.

On Tuesday, Deputy Speaker adjourned the session till Wednesday at 05:00pm.

The current parliament session that began on September 12 will continue till October 24, as per the decision taken earlier.
