Prohibition to enter BNP office

DHAKA: Law enforcers have taken all the preparations to arrest leaders and activists if they visit Nayapaltan BNP office.

Several additional platoons of police have been deployed with prison van and armored cars in the surrounding areas of the central party office from 10.00am Thursday, reported banglanews correspondent.

BNP leaders’ alleged that police also have prohibited their visit to the office.

Assistant office secretary of the party Abdul Latif Jony told banglanews that police have directed no leaders to enter into the party office.

Sub-Inspector of Paltan Thana Zahangir Alam told banglanews that they have deployed the force for “orders from high ups” and to keep the law and order under control.
