DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia called urgent meeting of the party’s standing committee members to fix next course of action if October 25 mass rally is hindered.

The meeting will be held at 8:30pm at her Gulshan office on Saturday.

The leader of the 18-party alliance also convened emergency meeting 18-party alliance leaders which to be held at 8:00pm Sunday at her Gulshan office.

Source also said that the meeting will discuss the means to make October 25 mass rally a success.

The alliance, in the meeting, also will fix the strategy to tackle government action against one-point anti-government movement which would be staged if October 25 rally is foiled.
