Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested former MP of Laxmipur-1 constituency MA Awal in a case filed for killing a youth in Pallbi area in the capital.

RAB Senior Assistant Director (Legal and Media wing) ASP Imran Khan confirmed the news.

A youth named Shahinuddin was hacked to death by some miscreants at Mirpur-12 on Sunday afternoon.

Later, a case was filed against 20 people, including MA Awal, in this regard.
