Mohibullah Babunagari, amir of Hefajat-e-Islam, has been admitted to a private hospital at Fatikchhari in Chattogram district with fever.

The 87-year-old Hefazat leader has been suffering from fever since Saturday (October 23). Later on Sunday, he was admitted to the hospital.

Mohibullah Babunagari, who has also been suffering from various old age complications, is recovering, said Allama Farid Uddin, a teacher of Babunagar Madrasa.

Mohibullah was as Hefajat ameer after the death of Junayed Babunagari.
