Barrister Rumeen Farhana, a BNP lawmaker from reserved seat, has tested positive for coronavirus for the second time.
However, she is doing well and taking treatment from isolation at her residence in the capital.
Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP chairperson's media wing, confirmed the matter.
Earlier on August 12 last year, she had tested positive for Covid-19.
On June 9 last year, Barrister Rumeen Farhana took oath as a member of the 11th Parliament.
