BNP expels Major (retd) Akhtaruzzaman 

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) expelled Major (retd) Akhtaruzzaman on charge of breaching the party discipline.

Party senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi confirmed the matter on Sunday (Feb 20).

BNP has expelled Akhtaruzzaman over an allegation of involving activities which were beyond the party discipline, Rizvi also said.
