Pankaj Debnath, member of parliament from Barishal-4 constituency, has been removed from all posts of Awami League for violating the party discipline.

This decision was issued in a letter signed by the party's central office secretary Biplab Barua.

General Secretary of Barisal District Awami League Talukdar Md Yunus confirmed this matter on Monday (Sep 12) afternoon. 

He said Barishal AL received the copy of the letter issued by the Central Awami League. Actions are being taken accordingly.
