7 get death, 3 life term for killing Shuvro of Swechchhasebak League

A Dhaka tribunal today (Oct 10) sentenced seven people to death and three others to life term imprisonment for killing Mymensingh Swechchhasebak League leader Masudur Rahman Shuvro.

Judge Md Monir Kamal of Dhaka Speedy Trial Tribunal-3 handed down the verdict on Monday morning.

Shuvro, 37, the general secretary of Gouripur upazila unit of Swechchhasebak League, was hacked to death on October 17 in 2020.
