DHAKA: Bangladeshi women were defeated by West Indies by 36-run in the 7th match of Women World T20 at Sylhet Stadium Wednesday.

Chasing 116-run target, Bangladesh women scored 79 runs losing all wickets in 17.3 over.

West Indies bolwers SL Quintyne got three wickets while TD Smartt and A Mohammed bagged two wickets each.

West Indies women scored 115 runs for all wickets in stipulated overs.

Bangladeshi bolwers Khadija Tul Kubra got three wickets while Salma Khatun and Fahima Khatun bagged two wickets each.

Earlier, West Indies Women won the toss and elected to bat first.
