BAN-New Zealand 1st Test drawn

DHAKA: The first Test between Bangladesh and New Zealand ended in a draw in Chittagong.

Bangladesh scored 173 for 3 in 48.2 over in their second innings at at Jahur Ahmed Stadium in Chittagong.

Earlier New Zealand declared second innings scoring 287 for 7 on the fifth and final day

Spinner Sohag Gazi took a hat-trick Sunday and finished with 6-72.

Gazi have scored a century and taken a hat-trick in the same match. He is the first cricketers who certainly took the first a hat-trick and scored a century and took five wickets in an innings in the same Test.

Earlier in the first innings, Bangladesh scored 501 and New Zealand 469.
