Primary level students have returned to their classes after around one and a half months.

In-person classes from class I-V resumed on Wednesday at all primary schools across the country, maintaining the health guidelines.

Meanwhile, all educational institutions, except primary schools, resumed in-person classes for fully vaccinated students from February 22.

After a 17-month Covid-19-induced closure, students in Bangladesh returned to classrooms on September 12 last year.

The government had announced closure of all educational institutions across the country on January 21 for the rising cases of new COVID-19 variant Omicron.
