The High Court (HC) on Wednesday (March 29) granted bail to Rafiqul Islam Madani in four cases filed under Digital Security Act (DSA).

Now, he has no legal bar to walk out of jail. However, the cases were filed in Dhaka and Gazipur.

HC bench of Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Aminul Islam granted the bail to Rafiqul Islam on a condition not to deliver an anti-state and provocative statement in any waz mahfil.

Madani's lawyer Ashraf Ali Mollah confirmed the matter.
