Bangladesh on Tuesday recorded 33 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours raising the number of total fatalities to 12,005.

Besides, 1,230 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 7,76,257.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release this afternoon.

In last 24 hours, 14,184 samples were tested in 454 labs across the country.

Bangladesh reported its first Coronavirus case on March 8 in last year while first death on March 18 in that year.
