Cocktails blasted at Nayapaltan

DHAKA: Miscreants blasted eight cocktails at Nayapaltan, T&T Colony and Fakirapool in the capital on Saturday evening.

Police opened blank fire to bring the situation under control.

Witnesses said miscreants blasted two cocktails at Nayapaltan intersection, one at Fakirapool, T&T Colony and three more adjacent to BNP Nayapaltan office.

Additional police were deployed at Nayapaltan after the blast.
