UAE envoy places credentials to President

DHAKA: President Mohammed Abdul Hamid received the credentials of Saeed bin Hajar Al Shahi, UAE Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

The Ambassador, during the credentials presentation ceremony at the presidential palace, conveyed the greetings of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to President Hamid.

President Abdul Hamid also stressed the interest of Bangladesh in promoting and boosting bilateral relations with the UAE in order to serve the common interests of the two countries.
