HILI (DINAJPUR): Leaders of Banglahili C&F Agents Association, also the importers’ group, declared strike for export and import business through Hili Land Port on Sunday evening.

The leaders made the announcement after an emergency meeting at the local Dakbunglow around 5:30pm in protest against seizing imported products and filing fake cases against the importers by Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

Convener of Hili Importers’ Group Harun-or-Rashid confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Officer-in-Charge of Hakimpur Thana SM Ahsan Habib did not remark on the matter.
