Tight security in Supreme Court area

DHAKA: Security measures have been beefed up in the Supreme Court area from Thursday morning centering the hearing on whether convicted war criminal Quader Mollah to be allowed filing review petition.

Every suspected person is being allowed to enter the area after searching at Supreme Court main gate, Mazar gate and the gate near to bar council. RAB, police and detective branch of police took position in the areas.

Additional law enforcers were deployed in front of appellate division of the apex court.

The hearing on whether convicted war criminal Quader Mollah to be allowed filing review petition resumed at 9:15am Thursday in the full bench of appellate division of the Supreme Court .
