The government will inaugurate the rail route from Chattogram’s Dohazari to Cox’s Bazar on November 12.

Rail minister Nurul Islam Sujan made the announcement saying the railway line of Cox's Bazar will connect the whole of Bangladesh.

He also said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will physically be present on the day of the inauguration. 

The minister said, "Chattogram's Kalurghat Bridge renovation work is underway. The trial run on this route will take place on October 15."

He also said that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Khulna-Mongla railway line on November 9.
