MANIKGANJ: The ferry services on Paturia-Daulatia river route resumed after a two-hour disruption due to dense fog from Sunday morning.

Sources said that using ten Ro-Ro ferries and two K-type ferries, the authorities was trying to keep continue the ferry services.

Paturia Ferry Ghat manager (commercial) Bidyut Kumar Saha told banglanews: “The services were resumed after a two-hour halt as visibility for smooth services ensured.”

Seven Ro-Ro Ferries and one K-type ferry got stuck at Paturia Ghat while three Ro-Ro ferries and one K-type ferry remained stranded at Daulatdia Ghat.
