Three people were hacked to death by some unidentified miscreants in Ukhiya Rohingya camp of Cox’s Bazar on early Monday (June 10).

Members of APBN said, in this incident at least seven others were injured.

Deceased were identified as, Md. Elias, Md. Ishaq and Feroz Khan.

The captain of 14 APBN engaged in maintaining law and order in the Rohingya camp Md. Iqbal confirmed the matter.

He said hundreds of unidentified Rohingyas, divided into different groups, and entered Madhurchhara Rohingya camp in Ukhiya. 

At that time they shot and killed three Rohingya youths. Initially, it is believed that the murder was due to dominance, he said.

Officer-In-Chacge of Ukhiya Police Station Shamim Hossain in this regard said that on information, the bodies of three Rohingya youths were recovered and sent to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
