SYLHET: Prime Minister Sheikh Haisna, also ruling Awami League president, is set to visit Sylhet on February 28.

Central organizing secretary of the party Misbah Uddin Siraj confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Source said the Premier will visit Sylhet to inaugurate the newly made divisional cricket stadium for the ICC T20 World Cup 2014, scheduled to be held in Bangladesh.

She also will participate in some local programmes, sources added.

This will be her first visit after assuming the office of the Prime Minister in 10th general polls.
