The Embassy of Bangladesh in Tripoli says more than 300 Bangladeshi nationals registered for voluntary return from Libya are scheduled to fly to Dhaka on a special charter on Thursday (October 23).
In coordination with the Tripoli-based authorities, the mission said the flight would carry the listed migrants from the Libyan capital, with arrangements to move passengers to Mitiga International Airport on the day of departure.
“Registered” returnees have been asked to report to the embassy on Sunday (October 19), and to assemble there again with full travel readiness on Wednesday (October 22).
From the embassy compound, they will be taken to a government reception centre (designated hostel) for overnight accommodation before transfer to the airport on Thursday (October 23), the notice added.
