The Advisory Council has approved in principle the draft of the Government Service (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
The approval came during the council’s 32nd meeting held on Thursday (July 3), with Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus in the chair.
According to a press release issued by the Cabinet Division, the ordinance will now proceed to final approval following vetting by the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division.
