Road crash injures 25 in Madaripur

MADARIPUR: At least 25 people were injured as a passenger bus hit a roadside tree on Madaripur-Mustfapur road in Ukilbari area of the district on Saturday morning.

Locals said rashly driven local passenger bus knocked a roadside tree as its driver lost control over the steering at around 11:30 am, leaving 25 people injured.

The injured were rushed to Madaripur Sadar Hospital and Faridpur Medical College Hospital.
