MADARIPUR: The Officer-in-Charge of Rajair Thana was withdrawn and attached to district police line on Saturday night on charge of neglecting duties and deterioration law-and-order situation of the district.

The accused OC is Mofazzel Hossain.    

Police Super (SP) of the district Khandaker Faridul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Besides, Sadar Thana officer-in-Charge (OC) Muniruzzaman has been given posting as OC at Rajair Thana.
