DHAKA: Ruling Awami League joint general secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif on Saturday categorically said it doesn’t matter whoever might be the culprits and they would be brought under trial.

The spokesperson for the party came up with the forewarning  while addressing a meeting at central Awami League office at Bangabandhu Avenue in the noon.

He said, “The government would spare none of those responsible for destroying public and private assets.”

He alleged that BNP wants to foil upcoming general elections by enforcing hartal. “They want to protect war criminals through foiling the trial,” he said.

Putting a question he said, “Doing violence what has BNP got?”

He also said if the opposition leader had minimum responsibility she sat for dialogue.
