BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and his wife Rahat Ara Begum on Wednesday (May 8) returned home from Saudi Arabia after performing holy Umrah.

They arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 1:35pm on a flight from Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

They performed the Umrah along with some BNP leaders and activists on Saturday night. 

Later, Fakhrul offered a munajat praying for the continued peace, prosperity, and progress of the people of Bangladesh, the country, and the entire Muslim Ummah.
