The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has called a press conference on Monday in light of the country’s evolving political situation and recent meetings between the National Consensus Commission and various political parties.

The press conference will be held at 3:00pm at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, according to a statement from the party’s media wing on Saturday.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is expected to address the media during the briefing.
