DHAKA: Juba Dal president Moazzem Hossain Alal on Friday called for an armed revolution against the incumbent government.

He came up with the call while addressing a seminar titled “Insecurity in Citizen Life: Way Out” organized by Swadhinata Forum Central Command at National Press Club in the morning.

Alal said, “Ongoing situation of the county is more worsen than that of 1972; Rakkhi  Bahini (paramilitary) was in one side and the group of Sriaj Shikdar was in another side, if Siraj supporter’s body was found, subsequently activists of the Awami League was found dead too.”

“At present, everything is happening one-sided, crimes are being carried out by the state forces” he added calling for an armed revolution to prevent these.
