DHAKA: Ruling Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif has claimed that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia wants to make the judiciary controversial.  

The spokesperson for the party made the allegation while speaking at a press conference at TCB Bhaban in the city on Saturday afternoon.  

Hanif said, “Khaleda Zia is not loyal to the rule of law. She is very much fed-up as her party men are subjudice in many crimes including killing, smuggling and money laundering.”  

So, the BNP chief went to Supreme Court premises for rally to make the judiciary controversial, he added.
