DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold a press conference Saturday to brief the media about her recent visit to China.

PM’s Advisor on Political Affairs HT Imam in airport confirmed the reporters about the briefing on Wednesday noon. “The premier will uphold the various aspects of success,” he said.

Claiming the visit a success, HT Imam said China has full support to the socio-economic activities of the incumbent government.

Imam also said he would inform about the Press briefing time and place later.

Foreign secretary Shahriar Alam said they would arrange another press conference in foreign ministry to show the detail of China visit.

On June 6, the PM visited China to attend the inaugural ceremony of the 2nd China-South Asia Expo in Kunming.
