DHAKA: BNP-led 20-party is going to stage demonstrations on Tuesday and Wednesday protesting the restoration parliament's authority to impeach Supreme Court judges for irregularities.

BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi declared the programme in a press conference in city’s BNP central office in Nayapaltan on Monday morning.

Rizvi said BNP will bring out protest possessions in metropolitan cities but Dhaka and districts towns around the country on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, they set protest program in 15 points of Dhaka on the same issue.

BNP’s finance affairs secretary Abdus Salam and National Democratic Party (NDP) general secretary Khandaker Lutfar Rahman, among others, were present in the conference.
