DHAKA: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will hold a mass rally at Suhrawardy Udyan on November 8 marking ‘National Revolution and Solidarity Day’.

The decision came after a meeting of Dhaka city BNP leaders at its central office in city’s Nayapaltan area on Wednesday.

Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Abdul Awal Mintoo, Habib-Un-Nabi Khan Sohel were among others present at the meeting.

However, the rally was scheduled to be held on November 7.
