DHAKA: BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Monday categorically said current ‘secondary Bakshal’ will not continue like the ‘primary Bakshal’ of 1975.

The BNP leader made the assertion while addressing journalists at Nayapaltan central office in the morning.

Rizvi alleged that the government has sent BNP’s 42 leaders and activists to jail filing false cases.

Slamming the law enforcers he demanded immediate release of them and withdrawal of those false cases.

The BNP spokesperson also said the speech of HT Imam has disclosed how the government came to power.

Other central BNP leaders and activists also were present in the conference.
