DHAKA: A Dhaka court Tuesday accepted the charge sheet against 25 BNP men including Mirza Fakhrul in a case filed for vandalism and obstructing police in discharging duties.

Accepting the charge sheet, Metropolitan Magistrate Shamsul Arefin sent it to chief metropolitan magistrate court for trial.

Earlier on October 22, Kolabagan Thana Sub-Inspector Asaduzzaman submitted the charge sheet indicting the aforesaid BNP leaders and activists.

The case was filed with Kalabagan Thana by the then sub-inspector Masud Karim for vandalizing and torching vehicles in front of Padma General Hospital during BNP’s Dhaka seize programme on December 9 in 2012.
