DHAKA: Central leaders of the ruling Awami League (AL) will meet their party chief and also prime minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday.

They are scheduled to meet the PM at her official residence Ganabhaban on Thursday evening.

Sources confirmed the matter to banglanews.

According to the sources, they may discuss the current political situation in the country.

Besides, they will discuss about the preparation of Bangabandhu’s Homecoming Day programs to be held at Suhrawardi Udyan in city on January 10.

AL joint general secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif told banglanews that we have wanted to meet our party president and she gives us time on Thursday evening.
