DHAKA: A Dhaka court on Thursday placed Dr Dewan Faridudulla Pappu on a three-day remand in a case of killing city Juba League leader Riazuddin Khan Milki for interrogation.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Hasibul Haque granted the remand while investigation officer of the case ASP Kajemur Rashid produced him before the court with 7-day remand plea.

The remand plea said Pappu was informed about all plans of Milki murder.

A total of 11 people were arrested on Milki murder case so far.

On July 29, Juba League (South) organizing secretary Riazuddin Khan Milki was shot to death by miscreants in Gulshan area of the capital.
