DHAKA: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has called a meeting at the political office of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia in Gulshan, on Sunday afternoon (April 1).

Shamsuddin Didar, press wing to the BNP chief, confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

BNP standing committee members, vice chairmen, advisers to the chairperson and joint secretary generals will attend the meeting, said Didar.

Sources said that the meeting will discuss about the movement for Khaleda Zia’s release and the upcoming national parliamentary polls.
