RAJBARI: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda said Rohingyas cannot be enlisted as voters of Bangladesh by providing fake information.

"The nation is suffering much for the Rohingyas. The administration took fingerprints of Rohingyas several days after they had entered here," he said.

The CEC, as the chief guest, was addressing the voter list updating program 2019, in Rajbari, on Tuesday (April 23). 

Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) will be used in the polls, in each districts, gradually, added KM Nurul Huda.

However, EC sources said that voter registration will be conducted from May 25 to October 30 after collecting information till May 13.
