DHAKA: Information Minister Hasan Mahmud urged the BNP leaders not to indulge in ill politics using the excuse of their party chief Khaleda Zia's illness.

The minister was talking to reporters at the conference room of his ministry Sunday (May 26).

Hasan Mahmud said the government is giving the BNP chairperson highest treatment, adding that Khaleda Zia is doing well now.

The way the BNP leaders are saying that Khaleda Zia's life is in danger-- it's not right, he said further.
