DHAKA: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) grilled former Member of Parliament of from Narsingdi-3 constituency Sirajul Islam about his unusual increase in wealth.    

The former Member of Parliament was interrogated by ACC official from 10:00am Monday (June 10) at the commission office.

ACC deputy director and public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

Earlier on May 26, the ACC asked Sirajul Islam to appear before it on June 10 to query him as it received some allegations that the former MP is involved in amassing wealth illegally.
