CHITTAGONG: Sporadic violence triggered in the city by BNP-Jamaat activists after the 18-party alliance rally at Ispahani intersection of Lalkhan Bazar on Friday.

The violence triggers with rapid vandalisms at Lalkhan Bazar and adjacent areas of the gathering place.

Law enforcers took the situation under control after a half-hour long effort.

However, Panic erupts in the area fearing more violence in the city.
