DHAKA: Comilla Victorians beat Rangpur Riders by 8 runs in the 41st Match of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL)-2016 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on Sunday (December 4).

Earlier, Riders’ captain Naeem Islam won the toss and invited Victorians to bat first in the match that began at 1:00 pm.

Comilla have scored 170-run losing six wickets from their 20-over quota. Imrul Kayes, Khalid Latif and Marlon Samuels scored 52, 43 and 30 runs respectively.

Arafat Sunny and Rubel Hossain picked up two wickets each while Shahid Afridi took one.

In response to the target, Rangpur managed to score 162 for 8.
