Yunus-Nisha meeting held

DHAKA: A meeting was held between Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Dr Mohammad Yunus and US Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Nisha Desai Biswal on Sunday.

The meeting was held at the residence of US Ambassador to Dhaka Dan W Mozena around 12:00 noon.

During the parley, ongoing political situation, government’s intervention in Grammen Bank and other important issues were discussed in the meeting.
