2 killed in Comilla road crash

COMILLA: Two people were killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Alekhar Char area on Friday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Witnesses said a speedy bus crashed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in the area at around 11:15am, leaving two dead on the spot.

Highway police sub-Inspector Amor Das confirmed the matter to banglanews.
